A Youth Adventure Day is exactly what it sounds like — a microadventure. A real one. Five hours on the Les Cheneaux Islands in a sea kayak, completely unplugged, doing something most tween-teens have never done and didn't know they could.

 

The day unfolds on the water. Navigating between islands, keeping an eye out for wildlife for those with keen eyes, stopping for a lunch break somewhere worth the paddle to get there. Nobody's looking at a screen, not because we say so, just because they'll be busy doing something active that there won't be room for it. Depending on where you land, a short hike might find its way into the day too. We offer two ways to make that happen.
