Paddling: Summer
- Plan for wet feet! Water-friendly shoes, water sandals, or neoprene booties with durable soles — all shoes must be secured to the feet; no flip-flops!
- Water* (we have free reverse-osmosis filtered water)
- Re-Usable Water Bottle* (All Nalgene bottles are 10% off if buying for a trip)
- Synthetic t-shirt (short- or long-sleeved)
- Synthetic sun top (if wearing a short-sleeved shirt / swimsuit top)
- Non-underwire bra (if applicable) (the wire can chafe upper arms)
- Quick-dry shorts, surf shorts/swim trunks, nylon pants, or workout tights / leggings
- Sunglasses* and Lanyard*
- Sun Hat* or Baseball Cap*
- Sunscreen*
- Paddling Gloves* (optional)
- Rain Gear (lightweight poncho*/ waterproof shell)
- Fleece or Long-Sleeved Warm Top Layer (non-cotton)
- Smart Phone / Camera (we sell Koala Hangtimes "lanyards" to help prevent phone drownings)
- Extra set of clothes either left in your car or placed in a waterproof bag (big zip-top bag, or even a tied garbage bag works)
- Towel — left in your car (quick drying camp towel* if you have one)
- Snack*
Paddling: Spring & Fall
- Wetsuits (we provide)
- Heavier windproof/ waterproof coat
- Synthetic or fleece base layer
- Wool or fleece socks
- Fleece or wool hat
- Gloves or mittens (non-cotton)
